coconut-4-5 tbsp

mustards-1 tsp

cumin-1 tsp

green chilly-2

salt

sugar-1 tbsp

ghee-2 spoon

coconut oil-2 tsp

curry leaves

dry red chilly-2

Preparation

Grind coconut with, mustards,coconut,cumin, green chilly and 3 tsp of curd, then keep aside. Grind beetroot, then saute it with, ghee and coconut oil, next add coconut mix, mix well, add salt and sugar, cook it well.Heat ghee in a pan, crack mustards,red chilly and curry leaves, then add to curry.
