Ingredients
rice flour-4 cup
shallots-10
garlic-10
grated coconut-1 handful
cumin-1 tsp
black sesame-1 1/2 tsp
water-3 cup
salt
Preparation
Grind coconut with shallots and garlic. In a bowl add rice flour, cumin, salt and sesame seeds, add coconut mix, knead it by using boiling water. Take a pvc pipe and a plastic sheet, take small quantity of dough and put on the platic sheet, roll it by using pvc pipes, then roll it from one side by using a aluminium pipe, then fry it in oil, finally remove the pipes.
