Ingredients
Tapioca-1 kg(kappa)
water
salt
coconut milk thick-1 cup
second extract of coconut milk-2 cup
chilly-2
dry red chilly-2
curry leaves
shallots chopped
grated coconut
mustards
Preparation
Cook tapioca in a pressure cooker, then strain out from water and add to a pan, add second coconut milk to tapioca, cook it well, then mash tapioca and make thick consistency, now add thick coconut milk. Heat a pan, crack mustards, roast dry red chilly,curry leaves, shallots and coconut add to tapioca mix well.
