mustards-3/4 tsp
urad dal-3/4 tsp
dry red chilly-2

Preparation
Take chopped cabbage in a bowl, add salt,turmeric,curry leaves and crushed ginger,shallots and chilly, mix it well. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, once it heat well, splutter mustards and urad dal, then add curry leaves and red chilly, roast it well, next add cabbage, cook well without adding water.
