Poha-2 cup
ghee-1 tbsp

milk-1 1/2 ltr
sugar
cashews-1/4 cup
banana small pieces
Preparation
Heat a pan, add ghee, once it melt, add poha, roast it well, next add milk and sugar, allow it to boil well. Heat another pan, add sugar and small quantity of water, caramalise sugar and add to payasam, finally add roasted cashews and kismis.
