Kulfi cake

Ingredients

for cake base

maida-1 cup

baking powder-1 tsp

sugar-3/4 cup

egg-4

vanilla essance-1 tsp

sun flower oil-2 tbsp

for filling

milk-1 cup

condensed milk

sugar

cardamom

nuts

maida-1/2 tsp

whipping cream-1 cup

Preparation

Mix maida and baking powder together, and strain 2-3 times. Beat egg with vanilla essance, add powdered sugar and sunflower oil, then add dry ingredients little by little, make a thick batter and pour this to a cake tin, bake for 35 minutes, after cooked well, cut the cake into layers.

For filling, boil milk, add condensed milk, sugar,nuts , cardamom and maida, cook until it become thick and keep aside

Beat whipping cream, a portion of cream mix with the filling.

For assemble the cake, Put first layer in a cake top, add sugar syrup , spread whipping cream, add kulfi filling above it, put second layer, repeat the same, finally cover the cake with cream, and design as you can. Keep in fridge for 1 day before cutting.
