Sharkkara varatty

Ingredients

Baw banana – 1.5Kg

Jaggery – 250 gm

Coconut Oil

Dry Ginger Powder – 1/2 tbsp

Cardamom Powder -1 tbsp

Sugar

Preparation

Peel off raw banana, then cut into small pieces.Heat coconut oil in a pan, add banana, fry it well, then strain out from oil.Melt jaggerry, add dry ginger powder and cardamom powder, next add fried banana, cook until it become dry, mix it well, allow it to cool, finally add some sugar.
