Preparation
Add flour and other ingredients in a bowl, make a soft dough, knead it about 15 minutes in counter top. Rest this dough for 3 hrs. Next divide this to equal portion. Roll it into thin, add oil and maida flour, roll another ball, and set above the first one, complete all, then rest for 1 hour. After 1 hour, take one sheet, roll it and flattern it, then cook porotta, after cooking all, tap it.
