Ingredients
coconut oil
grated coconut-1 1/2 cup
curry leaves
chilly powder-1 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
spices
onion-2
ginger garlic crushed
curry leaves
green chilly -2
chicken
salt
lemon juice-1/2
water
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add coconut and curry leaves, roast until it become brown color, then transfer to a plate. In the same pan add masalas, heat it and keep aside. Again add coconut oil, roast spices, add onion, saute it well, add ginger garlic, chilly and salt, next add masalas, mix well, next add chicken with required water for cooking. Cook for 20 minutes, then add pepper powder and garam masala powder, next add coconut, mix well, cook until it become dry.
