Ingredients
chemeen /prawns 250g
coconut oil 3 tbs
curry leaves
onion half
ginger 1 inch
tomato half
red chilli powder 1 and 1\2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
turmeric 1\4 tsp
water 1 cup
garam masala 1\2 tsp
For seassoning
small onion 3 nos
curry leaves
coconut oill 2 tsp
Preparation
Heat oil in a claypot, add curry leaves, allow it to crack, next add chilly, onion, ginger and garlic, saute it well. Next heat masalas in an another pan mix well and add to mixie jar along with tomato, and grind into fine paste and add this paste to claypot, add more water, allow it to boil, next add prawns, cook it well for 15 minutes, now add garam masala, mix it well. Roast shallots and curry leaves in coconut oil and add to curry.
