Perum jeerakam
Channa dal
Thoor dal

Mustard seeds
Potato cubes
Chilli powder
Turmeric powder

Preparation
Heat a pan, add coriander, fennel, dry red chilly, gram dal and tuvar dal, roast this well until change the color then grind with roasted peanut into fine powder. Heat oil in a pan, crack mustards, add curry leaves and potato, add salt, turmeric, cook well, add chilly powder and pepper powder, then add grinded masala powder, mix well.
