chilly powder-1 tbsp
kashmiri chilly-2 tbsp
turmeric-1 tsp
coriander powder-1 1/2 tbsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
garam masala-1 tsp
coriander leaves
curry leaves
lemon juice-1 tbsp
water-2 tbsp
Preparation
Add all ingredients in a mixie jar, grind into fine paste, and marinate the fish with this masala and rest for 1/2 hrs, and fry in tawa.
