Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
salt
water
onion
salt
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tbsp
green chilly-1
turmeric-1/4 tsp
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-3/4 tsp
egg-3
curry leaves and coriander leaves
Preparation
In a bowl, add maida,salt and required water, knead well to make a soft dough, then divide the dough into small balls and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, add ginger garlic, and green chilly, add all masalas, cook well, then add eggs and scramble it well, next add curry leaves and coriander leaves. Roll the dough into small pathiri, fill with egg masala and seal with another pathiri, and deep fry in oil.
