ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coriander powder-1/2 tsp

boiled potato-2

garam masala-1/4 tsp

oil-2 tsp

kashmiri chilly-1 tsp

water-2 tbsp

curry leaves

Preparation

Take a bowl, add semolina,curd , salt and water,mix well and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, crack mustards and cumin, add chilly,ginger garlic, curry leaves and onion , saute it well, next add masalas,then add boiled potato, mix all well and turn off flame, then allow it to cool. Take small portions fro it and make unnakkaya shape, take a glass, grease it with oil, and pour the batter, add the potato masala, again add batter, then steam cook this well. After cooking well demould from glass, heat a pan, add oil,kashmiri chilly, salt and curry leaves, then coat the masala to the snack.
