Ingredients

Pumpkin-1/2

water

coconut-1

coconut milk second extract

third extract

thick coconut milk

jaggerry

ghee

rice flour1 laddle

cardamom

Preparation

Cut pumpkin into small pieces, add to a cooker, add required water and cook well, then mash it well,next add ghee, jaggerry and second extract of coconut milk, mix well. Take third coconut milk, add rice flour to the milk and mix well,then add to payasam, stir well, add cardamom, finally add thick coconut milk.
