Preparation
Cook rice with spices, salt, green chilly and required water, then strain it. Prepare chicken masala with fried chicken. In a biriyani pan, melt chicken stock with ghee , add cooked rice, mix well, then add chicken masala, add coriander and mint leaves, fried cashew and kis mis, dum for 5 minutes.
