Beef biriyani gravy mix
Beef ( cooked with salt and turmeric)
water
coriander leaves
mint leaves
ghee
Preparation
Boil water for cooking rice, add salt and spices, add rice after boiled , then cook for 80 % then strain it. Heat a pan , add oil fry onion and roast cashew and kis mis, keep aside. In the same pan add biriyani gravy mix along with cooked beef , add some water and allow it to boil, add fried onion, mix well. cook until it become thick. For dum, set rice masala in layers by adding coriander and mint leaves, cashew and kismis, add ghee, then keep low flame for 10 minutes.
