Ingredients
Paneer – 200 gms
Butter – 1 tbsp
Bayleaf – 2
Red chilly pdr – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly pdr – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Kasurimethi – 1 tsp
Fresh cream – 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt
To Grind:

Oil – 1 tbsp
Onions -2
Garlic pods – 8
Ginger – 3 (small medium pcs)
Dry red chillies – 5
Cashewnuts – 10- 12
Tomatoes – 3
Preparation
Saute ingredients for grinding in a pan, then grind into fine paste.In the same pan add butter,bay leaf and chilly powder, mix well next add grinded ingredients with garam masala, kashmiri chilly,sugar and salt, mix all well and cook for 10 minutes in low flame. Finally add kasoori methi, fresh cream and paneer.
