Ingredients
jeera/kaima rice-1 cup
water-1 3/4 cup
salt
ghee-4-5 tbsp
lemon juice-1 tsp
onion-1
cashew,kismis,carrot
spices
Preparation
Roast cashew,kismis, and carrot in oil and keep aside. Boil water in a pot. In another pan heat ghee, add spices, and onion saute it well, add washed rice mix it well for 2 minutes, then add boiling water, add lemon and salt along with it, mix all well, cook well, add ghee and roasted cashew, kismis and carrot above it.
