Ingredients
For chicken marinating
Chicken:1 kg
Milk:1 cup
Vinegar:2 1/2 tblspn
Pepper powder:1 tsp
Chilli powder:1 1/2 tspn
Garlic onion paste:2 tblspn
Salt
Baking soda:1 pinch
For wet mix
Maida:1 cup
Egg:1
Corn flour:2 tblspn
Ginger garlic paste:1 tspn
Salt
For dry mix
Maida:1 1/2 cup
Chilli powder:1 tsp
Salt
(Oil )
Preparation
For marinating chicken,in a bowl add milk with vinegar, mix well and rest for 10-15 minutes, then add onion garlic paste, then add other ingredients in the list, mix all well, soak chicken in this mix for 5-6 hrs in refrigirator.
for wet mix, add maida.egg,corn flour, ginger garlic paste,and salt, then add water and make a loose batter.
For dry mix, add ingredients in the list and mix well.
Take chicken piece , dip in wet mix, then coat in dry mix and fry well.
