Gulab jamun, pudding

Ingredients

Milk powder:1 cup

Maida:3 tblspn

Ghee:1 tblspn

Baking powder:1/2 tspn (You can also use baking soda:1/4 tspn)

Milk : 1/2 cup

For sugar syrup

👇🏻 Sugar:1 cup

Water: 1 1/2 cup

Cardamom:3

Lemon juice:1/2 tspn

For pudding

Milk:1 cup

Sugar:2 tblspn

Condensed milk:3 tblspn

Corn flour:1 1/2 tblspn

Cardamom powder: 1/2 tspn

Preparation

In a bowl, add milk powder,maida,baking powder,and salt, mix all well, then add ghee, and knead it, next add lukewarm milk, then make a soft dough, and rest for 10 minutes. Then make small balls and fry in low flame.

For sugar syrup, add ingredients in the list in a pan, boil well, then add gulab jamun balls, soak for 10 minutes.

For pudding, add milk in a sauce pan, add milkmaid,and sugar, mix well, next add corn flour mix, add cardamom powder, stir well , cook until it become thick, serve with gulab jamun.
