Pani poori

Ingredients

for poori

semolina-1 cup

maida-1/4 cup

coconut oil-1 tbsp

lukewarm water

for pani

coriander leaves

mint leaves

green chilly-2

ginger

lemon-1/2

water

salt

dry ginger powder-1/2 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

chat masala-1/2 tsp

tamarind juice

for potato filling

boiled potato-3

onion-1/2

chilly flakes-1 tbsp

green chilly-2

salt

chat masala-1 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

cumin powder-1/2 tsp

Preparation

For poori, make a thick dough by using the ingredients in the list, and rest the dough for 1/2 hrs. After 1/2 hrs flattern the dough and cut into small round shape poori, then fry in hot oil.

For pani preparation, gring all ingredients in a mixie jar, pour the paste into a bowl, add required water and make loose consistency.

For potato filling, mash potato, add onion and other ingredients in the above list, mix well.

Take a poori, make a hole. fill with, potato masala,pani and onion , then eat it.
