Ingredients
Roasted rice flour – 500 g
Egg – 2
Sugar – 10 tbsp
Coconut milk – 2 cup ( 500 ml)
Sesame seeds – 1 1/2 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Oil
Water
Preparation
Break 2 eggs in a bowl, add sugar, then beat it well, add rice flour little bye little, mix it well, add salt, coconut milk , mix and make a soft loose batter, add sesame seeds finally, mix again. Heat oil in a pan, dip the achappam mould in the batter, then put in the oil, after a few seconds, it will demould itself.
