Ingredients
Tapioca-1 kg
maida-1/2 cup
onion-1
green chilly-2-4
ginger
curry leaves
salt
kashmiri chilly-1 tsp
turmeric-1 pinch
garam masala-1/2 tsp
oil for frying
Preparation
Cook tapioka, then mash it well, then add salt, chopped veggies,masala, rice flour and maida, and knead it well. Dip your hand in water,take small portion of the dough,make a shape put a small hole in centre, put this to hot oil,and fry both sides.
