rice flour-1 cup

sesame seeds

coconut

shallots

cumin seeds

maida-2 tbsp

Preparation

boil water with salt and oil, add rice flour and mix well, then rest this for 5 minutes. Crush coconut with shallots and cumin. Knead the dough well, add coconut mix, again mix it well, next add maida, knead it well, add sesame seeds, again knead it, roll the dough into a thick consistency, then cut it by using a cap. Now fry this well.
