Preparation

In a bowl, break 2 eggs, add sugar,salt,baking soda and turmeric, beat it well, add maida flour little by little, knead it well, make a fine soft dough,rest this for 4 hrs. Then take the dough again knead it,then cut into the shape and put cuts. After done the process you can fry this in hot oil.
