Preparation
Wash and soak horse gram for 4 hrs, then cook in a pressure cooker with salt and curry leaves. Crush coconut with shallots,garlic , green chilly and masalas, keep aside. Heat a pan, add oil, crack mustards, then add shallots and garlic chopped, red chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, then add crushed coconut,mix well,then add cooked muthira, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
