Easy and tasty breakfast

Ingredients

Raw rice

egg-1

grated coconut-1/2 cup

cooked rice-1/4 cup

salt

water

oil-1 tbsp

ginger

greenchilly-1

onion-1

salt

turmeric-1/4 tsp

garam masala-1/4 tsp

chicken cooked small pieces

coriander powder

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind with egg,coconut,rice, salt and water, make a fine paste, then rest the batter for 1/2 hrs. Heat oil in a pan, saute ginger,green chilly, onion with salt, then add masalas, mix well, next add cooked chicken, finally add some coriander leaves. Take a idli plate, pour the batter, put the masala above it, steam cook the appam for 10 minutes.
