Ingredients
cooked rice-1 cup
water-1/2 cup
rice flour-1 tbsp
cardamom-3/4 tsp
coconut milk-1 cup
jaggerry juice-1/2 cup
ghee
cashew nut,badam
Preparation
Melt jaggerry and keep aside. Grind other ingredients in a mixie jar. Heat a pan add jaggerry juice and grinded ingredients, stir well, add ghee frequently, stir continously until it become non sticky, finally add some nuts, then transfer it to a container, allow it to cool, then cut it .
