Side dish for dosa/idly

Ingredients

oil-2 tbsp

mustards-1/2 tsp

cumin-1/2 tsp

fenugreek-1/4 tsp

ginger garlic crushed-1 tbsp

green chilly-1

dry red chilly-2

onion-1

tomato-2

chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

water-1/2 cup

tamarind juice

coconut milk-1/2 coconut

curry leaves

salt

coriander leaves

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, crack mustards,cumin and fenugreek, next add ginger garlic,onion and green chilly, saute it well, next add tomatoes, cook until it become mushy, then add all masalas, mix well, next add water,allow it to boil,then add tamarind juice, cook well, now add coconut milk, mix well, finally add some curry leaves and coriander leaves.
