rice flour

Preparation
Grind urad dal into thick consistency, then pour the batter to a bowl, add other ingredients, mix with your hand, add rice flour gradually to make perfect consistency. Rest the batter for 1/2 hrs, now we can make uzunnuvada. Heat oil for frying, then make crispy vada.
