Kashmiri red chilli powder-4tbs

asafoetida-1/2tbs

mustard +fenugreek powder-3/4tbs

mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

fenugreek seeds-1/4tsp

salt

sesame oil

sugar-1/2tbs

Preparation

Saute lemon in sesame oil until the peel become soft. Allow it to cool. Dry roast mustards and fenugreek, then grind it well. Now cut the lemon into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add mustards and fenugreek ,allow it to crack, next add ginger, fry it well, next add garlic, next green chilly, curry leaves, roast it well, next add masalas, mix well, now add lemon, mix all together, add salt, vinegar, finally add hing powder and mix well, next add sugar. Once it become cool, you can store in an air tight container.
