Ingredients
Chicken-1 kg( marinate with salt and turmeric)
fried onion, cashew and kismis
oil
green chilly
spices
curry leaves
jeera rice-1/2 kg
water-double size of rice
pineapple
salt
lemon-1/2
ghee
onion-4
curry leaves
green chilly-8
ginger-1 piece
garlic-5-8
tomato-2
coriander leaves
chicken masala-1 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-2 tsp
curd

Preparation
Fry chicken in onion fried oil. Boil water with spices,green chilly,pineapple ,salt,curry leaves and lemon juice, once it stard boiling add soaked rice, cook well. Once the chicken cooked enough, add onion,tomato,ginger garlic chilly crushed,pineapple and masalas into it, mix well cook until it become mushy, finally add some coriander leaves, then pour the cooked rice above the fried chicken masala, add fried nuts and onion, add ghee, tight the pot and wait for 1/2 hrs. Now you can serve.
