Fluffy poori and egg curry

Ingredients

for poori

semolina-2 cup

salt

water

oil

For egg curry

boiled egg-3

turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/4 tsp

buttermilk-4 tbsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

garam masala-1/4 tsp

oil-2 tbsp

cumin-1 tsp

onion-1 cup chopped

green chilly-1 tbsp chopped

ginger -1 tbsp

Preparation

Grind semolina into fine powder, then knead it with water and salt, make a soft dough, then divide the dough into small balls,then flattern each ball , then fry in hot oil.

For egg curry, marinate boiled egg with turmeric and chilly powder then fry in a pan using 2 tbsp of oil and keep aside. Mix buttermilk and masalas together set aside. Heat a pan, add oil, next roast cumin,then add onion,ginger,green chilly and saute it well, now add buttermilk,cook it well,finally add fried eggs.
