Ingredients
semolina-1 1/2 cup
warm water-2 cups
yiest-1 tsp
sugar-1 tsp
wheat flour-3 tbsp
salt
Preparation
Add semolina in a mixie jar, add wheat flour,add yiest,sugar, salt and warm water, then mix with a spoon and grind into fine paste, rest the batter for 10 minutes. Now you can cook soft appam.
