Ingredients
Fish-1kg
Chilli powder -2tbsp
kashmiri chiili powder -1tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
Pepper powder -11/2tsp
Cumin powder -1/2tsp
Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
Lemon juice -2nos
Oil
Salt
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Water-3tbsp
Cornflour-2tbsp
Preparation
In a bowl add all these ingredients one bye one, mix well and make a thick paste, marinate fish with this masala, finally coat with corn flour, keep in fridge for 1/2 hrs, then fry fish.
