Ingredients
coconut oil
Banana-3
coconut-1 cup
jaggerry grated-3 spoon
cardamom , dry ginger powder
wheat flour-1 cup
rice flour-2 spoon
turmeric-1/4 tsp
water
salt
Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add coconut, roast it to turn aromatic, next add jaggerry, cardamom powder and banana cook until it become thick, then turn off flame and allow it to cool. Prepare a thick batter with wheat flour,salt,rice flour and turmeric. Once the banana mix cooled, take small portion from it and make round shape,dip in the batter,then cook in unniyappam pot.
