Egg stew

Ingredients

oil-2-3 tbsp

onion-2

salt

ginger,garlic

grated coconut-1/4

cashews-4-5 soaked

fennel-1 tsp

tomato+-1

green chilly-4-5

coriander powder-1 tsp

pepper powder-1 tsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

water -1 glass

egg boiled-3

coriander leaves

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic, saute it well, next add tomato and green chilly, saute again, next add masalas, cook until the raw smell gone, now add grinded coconut( coconut + fennel+cashew) with 1 glass of water, allow it to boil, next add boiled egg, finally add some coriander leaves.
