Ingredients
Chicken-1/2 kg
Turmeric Powder-1/4
Kashmiri Chilly Powder-1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-3 tbsp
Lemon
Salt
Dried Chilly-2
Small Onion-20
Crushed Chilly-1 tbsp
Coconut Oil
Tomato Sauce-1/4 cup

Preparation
Marinate chicken with, kashmiri chilly, turmeric, curry leaves,ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon juice, rest this for 1 hr. Heat oil, add some curry leaves, then fry chicken, transfer this chicken to a plate, add dry red chilly into the oil, 1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed, chopped shallots, then saute it well, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, and garam masala, roast it well, add salt, next add 1 tbsp of chilly flakes, next add tomato sauce, add 1/4 cup water, mix well, now add fried chicken, mix well.
