grated coconut-1/4 cup

salt
coconut water-2 glass
Preparation
Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind with coconut, poha, salt and coconut water. Rest the batter for 8 hrs, heat a unniyappam pot, spread oil, pour batter to each holes, cook in low flame. Serve with coconut chutney.
