cooked rice-1 glass
rice flour-1/4 cup

chilly-2
curry leaves
turmeric-1 pinch
kashmiri chilly- 1 pinch
salt
Preparation
Grind rice into thick consistency, then transfer to a bowl, next add other all ingredients, mix well, add more rice flour for consistensy.Rest this for 1/2 hrs. Heat oil for frying, once it starts boiling, take small portion of batter from it, make a whole, and put in into the oil, and fry well.
