Ingredients

for rice
cooked basmati rice-2 cups
grated coconut-1/4 cup
mustards
urad dal
chana dal
peanuts
dry red chilly
curry leaves
ghee
For curry
chicken-1 kg
onion-3
green chilly-2
tomato-2 medium
ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
curry leaves
hing powder
for marinate chicken
chilly powder-2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp
garam masala-1 1/2 tsp
lemon juice
curry leaves
Preparation
Lets start the cooking with marination of chicken, roast the masalas before marinating, then add lemon juice and curry leaves, into it, mix well and rest for 1/2 hrs.Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, then fry well, next add onion, saute it well, next add tomato and green chilly, add required salt, now add chicken and cook well.Finally add some garam masala.
Next we prepare coconut rice.Heat a pan add ghee, splutter mustards , add other ingredients one bye one, roast well, add hing, then add cooked rice, mix well and cook for 2 more minutes then turn off flame.
