cucumber-400 gm
snake gourd-200 gm
raw banana-100 gm
carrot-100 gm
drumstick-50 gm
elephant yam-400 gm
green beans-100 gm
brinjal-50 gm
green chilly
raw mango
coconut oil
curry leaves
turmeric powder
salt
chilly powder
cumin
grated coconut
Preparation
Heat the cooking pan, add coconut oil, add vegetables, and saute it well, add salt, turmeric powder, and red chilly powder, mix well and cook in low flame, now add mango, then cook again. Crush coconut with cumin and green chilly and add into the curry, mix it well, finally add some curry leaves and raw coconut oil.
