Ingredients
Grated coconut-1/4 cup
peanut powder-1/4 cup
ginger, garlic, chilly crushed-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
sugar-1 tsp
salt-1/4 tsp
coriander leaves
capsicum-2
Preparation
First prepare the mix, add all ingredients in a bowl, mix with your hand, fill capsicum with this filling, then shallow fry this in low flame cook.
