Ingredients
rice-1/2 cup
water-1 1/2 cup
curd-1 1/2 cup
salt
carrot-2 tbsp
coriander chopped-1 tbsp
oil-1 tsp
urad dal-1 tsp
dry red chilly-1
curry leaves
hing powder-1 pinch
ginger chopped-1 tsp
green chilly chopped-1 tsp
cashews-8
Preparation
Wash rice and cook for 2-3 whistle in pressure cooker with water and salt.Once the pressure gone completely open the lid and mash it with a spoon broth, then allow it to cool, then add carrot, curd, and coriander leaves , then mix well. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter urad dal,mustards, then roast chilly curry leaves, ginger and green chilly, then add into the rice.
