Ingredients
Ivy gourd-3/4 kg( cut into long pieces)
shallots-20( crushed)

oil-2 tbsp
curry leaves
salt
chilly flakes-2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Heat oil in a kadai, add crushed shallots and curry leaves, saute it well, then add chilly flakes, mix well , next add turmeric powder and kovaykka , mix well, add salt into it, mix well then cover the pot, cook for until it become fry.
