Ingredients
shallots
onion-1
tamarind-gooseberry size
oil
salt
chilly powder-1 tbsp
water
turmeric powder
green chilly
rice flour-1 tbsp
jaggerry-small piece
mustards
hing powder
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add shallots saute well, add salt, chilly powder, cook in low flame, next add water, turmeric, green chilly and tamarind juice, once it boils add rice flour mix, cook few more minutes,next add jaggerry, cook again, finally add some coriander leaves, turn off flame. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustards , fenugreek, cumin, dry red chilly, and curry leaves, next add hing powder and pour into the curry.
