Ingredients
okra-200 kg
oil
grated coconut-1/2
cumin-1 tsp
pepper-1 tsp
ginger-1 small piece
green chilly-4-5
water
butter milk
turmeric
salt
oil
mustards
fenugreek
curry leaves
Preparation
Fry okra in hot oil and set aside, grind coconut with cumin,pepper, green chilly, ginger and some water, then pour to a clay pot, add butter milk into it, mix both well, turn on flame, keep the flame medium, don’t allow to boil, now add fried okra, turmeric and salt, mix well, now splutter some mustards, fenugreek and curry leaves, add into the curry.
