Ingredients
coconut milk-3 1/2 cup( thick)
coconut milk-1 cup ( thin)
maida-1 cup
sugar- 1 1/2 cup
cashews
Preparation
Make a maida dough, soak in water for 10-15 minutes, then mix it with hand, and separate milk from it , then strain this mix, and rest 15 minutes again, and remove water from it, and mix the starch with a whisk, add coconut milk into it, mix well, and add sugar ,mix again, turn on flame, stir well, cook until it become non sticky, finally add cashews and set the halwa.
