Ingredients
raw mango-4
green chilly-2
ginger-1 big piece
garlic-6
curry leaves
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
mustards-1 1/2 tsp
hing powder-3/4 tsp
gingely oil-2 tbsp
kashmiri chilly-1 tbsp
chilly powder-1 tbsp
turmeric – 1/2 tsp
salt
jaggerry-2
Preparation
dry roast 1 tsp of mustards and 1/2 tsp of fenugreek, then grind this to fine powder and keep aside. Heat a pot , add oil, splutter mustards with fenugreek, then add ginger, chilly, and curry leaves, roast this well, next add masalas and powdered mustard and hing powder, then add mango pieces into it, mix well, add water and cook well, finally add melted jaggerry into it.
